Peace of Paradise @ Hampton Lakes

I, ______________________________________________ agree to rent a vacation rental home, located at,______________________________________________ , from Peace of Paradise. The completely furnished seven-bedroom home will be available for use from 4:00 PM on the _______ day of __________________, 20_____, until 10:00 AM on the ________ day of __________________, 20_____. The agreed price to rent is $________ per night, which does not include the required 12% tax. This vacation home is licensed by the State of Florida and Polk County.

I understand that the unit is for my use and enjoyment, and that I am responsible for any breakage or damage to property that would not be considered to be caused by normal use, and to leave the house in good condition upon my departure.

I agree to pay a security deposit of $300.00 which will be refunded after inspection of the house, after my departure. This deposit must be arranged (credit card hold or cash) before access is granted to the house. If any damage or missing items are noted, security deposit will be adjusted for replacement of items and or repair of damage and a detailed list will be given to me. A charge of $125 for house-cleaning will be incurred for stays fewer than 7 days. For stays of 7 days or more, a $125 house-cleaning charge may be deducted if the house is left in a dirty condition, or evidence of smoking in the house is noted.

I agree to payment of a reservation deposit of $300.00 to secure my booking upon signing this agreement. The balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to arrival. If I cancel within 60 days of scheduled arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. I understand that High Season cancellations must be tendered at least 120 days prior to arrival so as NOT to forfeit the deposit.  As a rule, reservations which were made in the previous calendar year, for the current year's High Season, i.e., June through August, must be cancelled no later than January 31st of the current year.

Checks returned by bank for insufficient funds, etc., will be charged a $30 fee.

OCCUPANCY BY MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE IS PROHIBITED. OTHERWISE, AGREEMENT MAY BE VOIDED AND/OR SUBSTANTIAL CHARGES ADDED. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE HOME OR POOL AREA.
