Hyginus House Accepts

To secure your reservation we require a $300 deposit.

Generally, the balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

High Season cancellations must be tendered at least 120 days prior to arrival so

as NOT to forfeit the deposit. As a rule, reservations for the current year's

High Season, i.e., June through August, which were made in the previous

calendar year, must be cancelled no later than January 31st.

Minimum 3 nights stay -

Fewer than 7 nights will incur a cleaning fee.
